This book features color renderings & floor plans of 42 models, all beginning with E - Ellencott, Eldon, etc; some include an interior detail such as bay window seat or bookcase. There is a 2-pp color spread showing interior ideas for every room.. Most are two story, with five or six rooms, more than half of the houses have an attached garage. Styles include Cape Cod, Colonial, Dutch Colonial, Early American, English cottage, and Monterey.
