Postmarked 1924 and addressed to the Brennan Motor Manufacturing Co. in Syracuse, NY. Brennan Motors manufactured automotive and marine motors until 1972.

Handwritten letter to Ms. Gifford by author's daughter laid in; two Christmas notes by author to a cousin laid in. The author graduated from Willamette University in 1903, and began her practice in Condon, OR. The book features stories of her early days as a "woman doctor."

The photographer's first book, she spent four months photographing the Eternal Light Community Singers of Harlem, and ended up singing with the choir for five years, and joining the church community. She died in August 2017 at the age of 66.

The Alabastine Company, founded in 1879, produced a variety of paint products from the gypsum that was mined from the shale beds near Grand Rapids, Michigan. It's earliest product, a dry pigment wall paint, was marketed as a "sanitary" and "hygienic" alternative to more traditional wall coverings of the day, such as lead-based paints, whitewash, and wallpaper. This booklet offers color schemes for various rooms in a house, in addition to a church and a schoolroom. Not in OCLC.
